About
After studying graphic design, I realized my true passion was in building homes. I enrolled at Le Chantier in Laval for a comprehensive training program in carpentry, complemented by a course in construction management. Over the past few years, I have worked on large-scale projects in the Montreal area, focusing primarily on numerous homes in the Laurentians, ranging from relatively simple designs to highly intricate architectural challenges. I even built two houses from the ground up for my parents, and you can find photos of these projects on this site. Although my contractor’s license allows me to engage in new constructions, I prefer to specialize in renovations, which present a variety of challenges, both minor and major. Renovation work is diverse, often requiring creativity and resourcefulness, as well as a keen understanding of the costs associated with different options. I take great pride in delivering clean, high-quality workmanship.
Looking forward to meeting you.

Frequent questions
What types of contracts do you accept ?
Charbopro holds both a general contractor and specialized contractor license from the RBQ, enabling us to undertake a wide range of projects. While we currently focus on renovations, we are also open to discussing larger projects such as new homes or multiplexes, where we can serve as project managers or provide other supportive services.
Can Charbopro expand my home ?
What sets you apart ?
There are many excellent entrepreneurs in the Laurentians, and I have had the privilege of collaborating with several of them over the past decade. While many focus on building homes and commercial properties from the ground up, renovation tells a different story. The nature of client relationships in renovation projects is unique and often more personal, as the process carries a certain artisanal quality that sets it apart.
What is the payment process at Charbopro ?
Before starting the work, we require full payment for the materials outlined in the estimate. For labor costs, a deposit equal to half of the projected expenses is requested midway through the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. All payment terms are clearly detailed when the estimate is presented. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, as transparency is of utmost importance to us.
